This was my first experience here and I was very delighted. I needed to do some self care after being held up in quarantine for 3 months. The staff was very friendly and they were able to get me in right away. They were very compliant with all the covid - 19 sanitation requirements which eased my mind quite a bit. I love my pedicure and I will be coming back. Side note: the decor is luxurious.

Upscale nail spa that serves alcoholic drinks pricer than average salons, but beautiful decor 💅

I will start by saying I have been going here for years and have always had a good experience before tonight. I had a manicure and pedicure and while my nails look decent, the tools were not sterilized. They were wiped with a cotton ball and either alcohol or acetone. They did not come out of the sterilized bag (like at a dentist office or a tattoo parlor) as they always have in the past. I read other reviews and this seems to be a recent comment. Cleanliness and sterilization is very important to me...especially since I am 8 months pregnant. I will not be having my nails done here again if they do not return to the high standards they once had.

Rude, pushy, bad nails! I don’t want to give 1 star but have to in order to post.. My daughter was home from college and wanted to have a mother daughter day. We went to Anthony Vince in South Windsor because it seemed upscale, don’t trust appearances. We asked for a full set of acrylic for both of us and they separated us and then treated us very rudely and kept pushing their powder nails. We said no repeatedly and then they started pushing upgrade from regular polish to gel polish. We said no several times and they said it was stronger and better. Finally, they sent manager over and said my daughter could only get the design she wanted with gel so I agreed to the $25 up charge for gel and design total $60 for the set. Then my stylist said she hoped my daughter drove because she was going to have to wait an hour or two for my nails to dry unless I got gel as well, finally I agreed and it was another up charge to $50 for plain set In total it cost over $100. My nails were thick and gloppy, when I complained she said that’s how they’re suppose to look because I got acrylic not powder. My daughter liked hers until they started chipping and coming off 4 days later and ripped her real nail off with them. We went back and complained so they said they would fix, we agreed then the original stylist came over and started saying my daughter broke them and they weren’t going to stay because she didn’t have enough nail bed to hold them. We then asked for them to be removed and stylist called for manager who then said no they would fix and accused daughter of breaking them again. We said no, at this point both upset and shaking, and asked for a refund. Manager said no, rolled his eyes and walked away. The other stylists were rolling their eyes and laughing and had other customers laughing. It was horrible!!! I again asked for refund and was told no returns they would fix. I explained my daughter didn’t want them and they couldn’t be fixed if other problems because she doesn’t live in CT. I was told that wasn’t their problem. It ruined our visit and was a horrible, horrible experience. Do not visit this place, it cost a lot for bad service and bad nails!

I came here with a friend to get a gel manicure and was so impressed with how pretty the inside was. We were taken right away for our appointment and the woman that worked on my nails was extremely attentive and detailed. We are also given the option of wine, a mimosa, or champagne while getting our nails done! It was a great experience and I'll be happy to come back. It was $35 for a gel manicure and removal of the old gel.
