SHUT THEM DOWN!!! The reviews tell the truth.
My 16 year old daughter went to get her nails done for school. I thought they just took advantage of her because she is going.. Reading these reviews, I see age isn't a factor, they do LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL JOB on ANY ONE!!!! My daughter is shy and wouldn't ask for a refund, although her nails looked like a blind person did them, and that is giving them credit.. a blind person could have done better!!!! My child worked hard for her money and deserves a refund!!

When I got my nails done they did very very very bad, they were all bumpy, and my whole nail was not even fully polished, and I asked for coffin shaped and they did more of a square nail, plus they don't even talk to you when you try to talk to them, they very unprofessional, and they were rushing the whole time, it took them only 15 minutes to do a whole set which it should take them a longer time than that if they were trying but they weren't. But Modern Nails in the mall is really good and fixed everything for me, and they actually talk to you and are really nice and very professional, plus they have more nail colors and jewls and glitter etc. To chose from.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE believe these reviews! If I could give a negative star I would.This was not my first, second, or third time going here and going to someone (Kim) that has done a good job in the past. However, if you're not getting gel get ready for your nail to done VERY unsatisfactory!!! I went back for the problem to be corrected the next day only to be told Kim does not work there anymore. When I know Kim has been there for at least 3 years. And I bet if I go back by there again Kim will be there. I'm sure these people stay in business because they are at the entrance and they seem nice and pleasant when you come in. The minute you have a problem customer service is out the door!! And forget taking the a manger, you may as well call it a loss! Please report to the BBB this needs attention. Their under Nail City or Nail Spa and Beyond! I am very big on customer service especially when paying your hard earned money for a service!

They were packed! At first when I said I was getting just a manicure to the attendant who asked, her facial expression was displeased. Although my friend and I were still seated right away. Anna and Tina were awesome. They were both pleasant and my roomie and I plan to go back and only request them! Anna is a rock star creating her own special nail polish and great with free style nail art expression. Tina was pleasant, gentle, sweetest smile and held a pleasant conversation.

Came in and sat with Ann, the employees don't acknowledge you when you come in, Ann rushed to do my nails. She was sweet and had a sense of humor, but 2 hours after getting my toes done, my acrylic big toe came off. Literally 2 hours later. Then not only that, they charged me 5$ to add shine to my French tip (which should already come with it if I'm paying this much money for my nails, of course I want them shiny). I asked for coffin shaped nails, Ann then starting clipping the nails and after she finished.. then informed me that it was another 5$ upcharge for that shape (which should of been told before she even started the shape, incase I didn't want to pay extra, or didn't have extra on me). I paid for it because I didn't want to be one of those people to cause a scene or a huge inconvenience over 5$, so I just dealt with it. I honestly would not recommend going here. They get super busy, but I'm not sure why.. I personally will not visit here again ..
