At first I was very disappointed with the quality of the first two rental cars... however these people really upped their game ten fold!! Rebecca is fantastic and she made sure that I was more than all set with the final car. Anytime in the future where I need a rental, I will only use this location! I’d give 10 stars if I could!! Thanks again for all your hard work in making sure I was all set!!

It was a typically busy morning at Enterprise, there 3 groups of people in front of me waiting for service. Since there were only 2 workers, I figured I was in for a long wait! However, the team was well organized, and before I knew it cars were flying out and it became my turn within a very short period of time. The Enterprise Team were really hustling to accommodate their customers, and in my opinion did a terrific job. Whenever I rent a car locally I always go to Enterprise, the cars are clean relatively new, and the staff is very helpful. I would enthusiastically recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car. 😎

Went to change out auto because Cadillac Escalade I rented had a bad tire, and didn't have another one to put me in. Had some Suburbans but said they were all rented. I explained that I thought there was no reason why I couldn't get another luxury SUV when there was several sitting there. Was told that I should go back to where I originally rented it four and a half hours away to get it exchanged for another luxury SUV. Not a fan of Enterprise car rental, or service I ever had after running around all morning trying to get cars they were giving me that didn't work.

I love renting from Enterprise! The prices are reasonable, the vehicles are excellent and
the staff are always so pleasant, courteous and fast... I would never rent from anywhere else!

I made a reservation at the Falmouth, MA location 10 days in advance. I saw up the day of and there are no cars in the parking lot. The client services rep did try to call me in the morning to let me know, but I missed the call and he didn't leave a voicemail. He said that hopefully someone would drop it off by noon. I said I can't wait that long. I had to then had to find a ride to drive 40 min in the opposite direction to pick up car. Only to find out it's the wrong reservation. They had the wrong drop off location. I always thought there would be one or two extra cars at locations to avoid this. My other times booking with Enterprise have been fine, think this was just an odd occurance.
