Went to get my daughter's hair and makeup done for her quinceanera. Makeup was stellar, hair was done by two people who seemed surprised we had an appointment and the person who was on the appointment to do her hair wasn't there. So these 2 people attempted and it wasn't how she wanted and the curls lasted maybe 2 hours when they used a tapered wand. I did her hair with one for her pics a week before and they lasted 24 hours. Disappointed but the makeup lady was great.

I have the wrong delivery address and I need to update it on my online order, mind you there was not an option to review the order before i submitted it,
I called customer service and the say all "they" can do is cancel the order. I lose my $15 coupon.
No way i will get it back. No other option. I Cannot believe this. I am so disappointed. I love shopping at ULTA. I love earning points. I love getting coupons. Pricing is fair. I will probably not shop at there any longer. Customer service was NOT helpful gave me the "it's not my job attitude"
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Not that anyone would care but, i will be adding this to your already LONG list of bad reviews on Google and YELP and BBB.

The customer service could use a little rev-up. The sales associates make me feel... well, uncomfortable. They should be making customers feel good.

the parking lot was nice enough... sat in the car and listened to sports radio while my gf was looking for foundation... would def hang out again if it had a restroom

I love the store chain in general but this particular location is always lacking in inventory! They are always out of something I'm looking for..my specific shade of foundation, my brand of felt tip eyeliner, blush palette, ect. I wish they kept better stock. Also, the checkout lines are always long.
