I love this place! I’ve never had a “nail” place until I walked into Pick a Color 2 years ago. Everyone is great there especially Nina.

Horrific. My sister, mom, and I all got our nails done and none of our ladies talked to us. Me and my sister asked for very simple designs (lines and dots and hearts) they were not capable of drawing a straight line and when asked about it, did not fix it, and my sister got the design on one hand and then she tried to charge her even more for the other hand! She even scoffed and rolled their eyes at us. Don’t come here unless you want the wort service I have ever experienced!

Horrible experience!! Staff are rude, don't speak to the person there getting PAID!! To provide a service on. Dirty tools used over and over again. I was so ready to walk out and didn't care if police were called!! I did my best to stay respectful (which was very hard) as she kept pushing my hand back and fourth as she made sounds under her breath!! Not to mention asked to see the photo of nails I requested ( which she made a HUGE deal about ) in my phone again. When I pulled up and handed to her to see....she throws it down!! My blood was boiling at this point. I had 6 options ready to show her, thinking i was being nice and making it easier, she looks and says right away no,no,no to hard!! Really!! 2016 get educated on the trade your providing or shut your doors!! But don't bring customers in your doors then once there seated say no to a service your advertising and falsely presenting that you can do!! I can go as far as stating, your so called license to do these services could be false!! could really write my whole horrible experience but probably not enough space. Don't deserve the one star but had to mark to write a comment.....just stay away from this place!! And then at end to top it off they go and try to charge you some off the wall price!! I ask where is your price list..
Get the blank stare like she doesn't know what I'm talking about !! Fake a**!! Your in America running a business..hopefully paying taxes and you for some reason can't ever understand stand us customers!!! Oh but you know how to ask for the money that you don't deserve!! Walked in during a busy 4 days before Christmas had to squeeze in my nails and decided to try this place. Worst money I've ever spent...walked out with NOTHING I wanted and was charged $ 65 for gel nails!! That burnt my skin the gel was sealed to my skin on 5 of my nails, grossly looking Christmas nails. Had to go home and file skin...gerr....I just can't think about it any more!! It's so upsetting that there doing this to customers everyday!! And stay open. I'm filing a complaint to the boards as well!!

Very unfriendly. The entire experience is uncomfortable because they will not talk to you and if you mention that they messed up they rush you out the door without even fixing it. Not worth the money

I like it because I have been going there
for 20 years,(when the were called TD Nails), people are friendly and they give a good pedicure and manicure.
