At the beginning of my first visit, they told me everything I asked for would be $36, which was fine and as I expected. However, when I went to pay at the end, they attempted to charge me $50, saying I got the $30 gel manicure instead of the $16 keratin manicure. I specifically said the keratin manicure more than once, to both the person at the counter and the person who actually painted my nails. They said it was because of the nail polish I chose...if that's the case, then how was I supposed to know that was a more expensive one? All the polishes were grouped together. If anyone had told me that one was for a gel manicure only, rather a keratin manicure which I repeatedly asked for by name, I would have chosen a different one. I'm NEVER that "I want to speak to the manager" type of person, but it's completely unfair to give me one price and then suddenly try to make me pay a much more expensive one after the fact. Two people tried to argue with me on it and never even owned up to originally saying it would be $36. Eventually they let me pay the original price.
As for the actual quality of service, the nail painting job was fine. However, the guy who did my eyebrows waxed them very thin after I asked to not make them thin. All in all, I would have kept coming back for the nails and just not gotten the wax again if not for their dishonesty with the pricing.

It hurt, a lot. I would give a zero if I could. I have never had such a painful experience getting my nails done. When he was using the drill it was very hot and he filed through my nails in a few different spots.
I got my nails done on Friday and they STILL hurt today. I finally soaked them off and it is very clear where all the damage is.
The nails were not coffin tipped, they weren't even and some of the nail tips weren't even the right size. They didn't have a matte top coat or the other color I had asked for. The coats had bubbles in them and just looked very sloppy.
I was so upset and in pain I just paid the $45 for this and left. I will never go back. The man who did my nails, while friendly and chatty, seemed either very uncaring/sloppy or just inexperienced. When I looked around the shop I only saw one liscense for the nail techs and it was not for him.
I have gotten my nails done by the same shop for years but had moved to here, so I figured I would give them a shot. I would recommend going somewhere else. My old shop never made my fingers hurt for days after and it never cost me $45.00 to have done.
Very disappointed.

They did a very good job on my nails and my daughters. They were very talkative and friendly. They put a sugar scrub on my hands before I washed them and lotion massage when my nails were done. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 was because it was a bit hard to understand them at times. I will be going back.

I went here with my younger sister for regular pedicures and loved it! My favorite part was house clean the facility was. They use disposable liners instead of bare jet tubs which make the risk of contracting an infection much lower. They use new buffers/files on each person, which many salons do not. I will be recommending this to all of my family and friends!
