On Memorial Day, Carla C, my sister, Dorothy R and I, Cres C, went to Nail Passion in Parsippany, NJ.
This is the first and last time that we will visit this AWFUL nail salon.
The pedicurists were in a dashing hurry to get to the next customer with no regard for the customer being serviced. The results were obviously DISASTROUS! The did not pay any attention to detail. The massage lasted but a few seconds, the nail polish was applied in a hurry and it showed. The manicurist, who did my sister's manicure tried to get away with not cleaning up her cuticles. My sister is 84 years old and was intimidated so I had to speak up for something that is part of a routine manicure. To add insult to injury, they kept commenting to each other in their language. This behavior is uncouth and unprofessional. I almost walked out with giving them a tip but I decided to take the high road - tip them, write a scathing review and not return.

got a white gel manicure 1 week and 2 days ago. gorgeous as soon as i got them done and staff is very nice. however, now my color is cracking and the tips of two of my white nails are turning blue? the white color for almost every nail looks like discolored grey in the middle. will not be returning as i’ve gotten white manicures before at other salons and this has NEVER happened.

Allison does a great job with my UV Gel Manicure!!! Prices are reasonable and the ladies are more than willing to apply a few samples to help me choose a color. So sweet of them!!!

Went there for manicure and lip wax. Mani was fine and super cheap. Everything seemed clean and the lady was nice. Lip wax was bizzare. After initial pull she burrned my lip and proceeded to put her (probably dirty) hands all over my mouth and apologized. And kept doing that until she finished. Very strange. Then judgingly was like "ooooh so red". Yea no kidding you burned it. After I asked, she put something, I don't think aloe, on the area and then put oil. I have never had someone treat sensitive skin after a wax w their hands. Oh and I've also never been burned. Would go back for a reg Mani but not for anything else.

i love the work that Julie does. She is exacting, meticulous and a real talent. My manicures last for a long time, even with all the typing and work I do with my hands. Can't say enough nice things about her work.
