I'd go back. Shellac starts at $25, mine cost $34 total (+$7 for design on two nails and +1 for every extra base color). Nails came out great!!I

Horrible nail techs. By far one of the worse experiences. Very messy nails. I tried to correct what I didn't like by telling the lady who was doing them and she was rude about it Nothing appear to be wrong in her eyes . Aggressive nail drilling and hand pulling . Walked out with thick nasty acrylics. No wonder they don't have costumers i only paid because I know how dramatic they would get if I didn't please don't go there avoid a bad experience like mine.

If I could give No stars I would. Ok, so to reward my daughter for being an excellent student we came here to get a pedicure. I asked for two basic pedicures the $21 dollar one. No frills, no flowers just a nice relaxing time with my daughter. Anna took to my daughter enjoying her company and politeness and asked if she wanted her nails painted for no charge as this was her first time being to a spa and she really liked my daughter. WOW. I was shocked and impressed with his lady, but yet my daughter is wonderful! So as I begin to pay I notice she had charged me not only for my daughter's nails being painted ALSO upgraded my pedicure unbenounced to me to a deluxe pedicure price. So I confronted her as told her this was UNACCEPTABLE. WHY DID THIS LADY ANNA PROCEED TO YELL, CURSE, AND HOLD ME HOSTAGE IN THE NAIL SHOP!??? I quickly gave my daughter my keys to the car and told her to wait in the car. I then realized this lady was not allowed to hold me hostage!!???? WHO DOES SHE THINK SHE IS? So I walked out the shop with 3 ladies following me like a criminal and I proceeded to explain to them that I was going to my car to wait for the cops. The cops agreed with me especially after speaking to my daughter and confirming that Anna told her the nails were free and the pedicure was to be the basic pedi. Obviously these ladies are SCAM ARTIST and were not backing down so since I had my daughter we agreed to pay a lesser price than what they wanted just to leave, so ANNA still ended up charging me $1 more than what the cops, anna, and myself had agreed. Its like she had to have the last laugh and get that greedy extra dollar. Let me point out I have THOUSANDS in my bank account and money certainly wasn't the issue, the principle was more important. Anna had the audacity to yell, curse, accuse me of not being able to pay, AND STAND IN FRONT OF THE DOOR LIKE IM SOME KIND OF CRIMINAL/HOSTAGE. No, no, no, I would NEVER not pay for a service that was given to me and I tried to,explain that as I was trying to get to my car to call the cops. (My phone was in the car) GO THERE IF YOU WANT EXTRA CHARGES, 2 MIN MASSAGES, AND MESSED UP LOOKING NAILS ON TOP OF A PERSON,THAT WOULD CURSE IN FRONT OF KIDS AND STEP UP TO YOU IN A PHYSICAL MANNER WHEN SHE GETS UPSET. she literally went from 1 to 100 with no type of professionalism. Very bad service will not return obviously. Go at your own risk

I regret so much going here, they want you to get the most expensive pedicure, and manicure, and if you don't they do a horrible job. Its like they punish you for not doing what they want. It doesn't look like they use brand new or clean equipment on you, their towels are dirty and smelled nasty. This has been the worse experience ever. And on top of that they expect you to leave a tip, and if you don't they look at you like they want to kill you smh. DON'T GO HERE!!!
