So with this place it depends on who you get I can say no matter what the customer service is good the guy does the best job he doesn't file the nails back a ton and he is very gentle and his shapes are better then the other lady is very social and nice and friendly but her shapes aren't as good and she files down a lot and files back the cuticles and it kinda hurts overall my nails have always looked decent and I am satisfied. I posted pics for reference the purple nails were better shaped and were more what I was looking for the second hand the older tiny lady did she was really sweet and the rainbow effect was her idea I like it. Overall depends who u get.

Certain ones do an amazing job on my nails. Then there is one or two that truly mess it up. Besides that I love getting my nails done there.

They suck an fell asleep while doing my nails. And was to concerned about the royal wedding instead of my business.. No tip for you suckers

I wish I could give no stars! To start, the lady spent about ten minutes on my feet, and there’s still polish around my toes. She didn’t clean the tools going between me and my friend, and who knows when they were cleaned before then!
Let’s move on to my nails. I won’t lie, I do like them. They look nice. However, I probably could have gotten my 12 year old sister to do them and they would look just as okay. The design is wonky. Now, I did get gel polish and a design on four fingers, BUT THESE PEOPLE CHARGED ME $100!!!!! I will never come back here! If they were going to charge me that much, they should have said something. Not to mention they kept hurting me with the drill on my fingers and my feet, and didn’t offer any apology when I flinched. I’m surprised they’re still in business.

I mean they gave me a fair price and were relatively friendly but oh my goodness my nails are not cute. So uneven so messy and just not worth the 40 I paid. Defiantly will not be going there again...
