They did a sloppy job. My nails were very noticeably crooked, they began to peel up after two days and my fingers were swollen for a couple days after. They also charged me an extra $5 to shape them. So $30 wasted. I am very unhappy and won't be back.

Very relaxing. Gel nails didnt last long because i wash my hands a lot.

If I could I would’ve gave them -10 STARS.. They are absolutely trash, especially the old lady.. she’s lazy, didn’t do my feet good at all, my feet were drier when she got done, and then got mad because I told her I didn’t want the gel polish that she tried to push me to get without telling me the extra price so she started throwing the polish on my toes any kind of way, rushing giving the evil eye, while my nails were drying every time she passed she would look at me crazy.. I would say she needs to just answer the phones but she can barely speak English, maybe stay in the back & wash towels or something but NO.. NEVER AGAIN!! Fool me once & I’m done!!!!Thats what I get for not being Loyal to my regular nail tech at Dream Nails on Desiard!!

Got ombre coffin shaped nails. She over filed one side and had the nerve to tell me that's the way my nail was shaped. Got mad when I asked that she replace the crooked ones because it was clearly beyond repair. She instead got up and started on a pedicure and I had to wait almost 15 minutes for someone different to finish my nails. They didn't clean around my cuticle...acrylic was on my cuticle still....she never attempted to clean it up. Then charged my card the wrong amount and I had to file a dispute with my bank. Will NEVER GO BACK THERE. Very disappointed. Oh and they try to get people to pay cash instead of using cards. They offer a discount if you pay cash instead of using a card....no sign saying that but they tell you when you pay.

Very horrible
I went on a very awesome experience with the daughter in law even though she was judgmental about the length of my nails (I am paying)
But she did an ok job even though she applied the matte on incorrectly
Oh let me not leave out
I had gel polish with Matte 📢📢📢
So since the polish was looking tacky I went back for polish change and 2 repairs
Everybody in the shop come stand around me like a damn show and because I didn’t choose gel again
There is two charges if you not getting gel
To remove gel 5.00 charge and pay for your polish change
Y’all better not support a business who treats customers like this it’s called GREED
I can see maybe 2.00 to remove gel it’s reasonable but 5.00
But if I catch my mama or sister
Are any of my companions in this shop I’m going to drag them right on out
Not only was she obnoxious but she is rude
If you see the faces she make when her customers are not satisfied
Even on my first visit a girl walked up to me with issues with her eyebrows they were fine to me but when someone want it the way they want it you don’t argue with your customers or try to overcharge
Well I paid my 5.00 for removing gel and went to a different location
It’s not right and remember competition is business and reviews don’t lie
