Man is very rude! Price range is okay but the man can get very rude and nasty with you! And doesn’t want to make conversation sometimes. I love the lady though, she’s very sweet and holds excellent conversation with her clients

Love love love this place..... My nails,feet and eyebrows are truly blessed. Great conversation,music and atmosphere! Thanks for all your hard work!

1 hr 10 minutes later, 40 mins waiting to be seen, 30 mins JUST FOR A POLISH CHANGE! Man is really rude, no filter, dirty long fingernails that he uses to scrape excess nail polish off your skin. Place is disgusting when you actually sit down and take a look around. I arrived at this salon at 11:00AM on Saturday, 21JUL18. There were two female technicians and one male technician working on three female customers. I signed the log book and let them know I just needed a polish change on my toes and I had to be gone by 11:50AM for my son’s birthday party. They ensured me they could accommodate me. Pretty reasonable right? Wrong! The customer waiting before me walked out with her two kids making the comment they ensuredher she would be seen soon but was waiting far too long. Another customer walks in telling me she had to wait 2 hours there one time. After 15 minutes, I asked how much longer and the woman ensured me it would only be a few more minutes. After 30 minutes I asked again, to only be reassured it wouldn’t be much longer. I wasn’t assisted UNTIL 11:40 (40 minutes after my arrival when I was told it would only be a few minutes). Before the man started on my toes, I asked if he would be done in 10 minutes for a polish change because I needed to leave, he said yes. This man takes me to a table top to prop my legs up under the table on his KNEES to remove my polish then takes me to the pedicure seat to cut, file, buff, and polish my nails. This process took FOREVER, they are so unbelievably slow. I told him I didn’t need all of that, just a polish change. He didn’t listen. Before he put the polish on I said look I need to go it’s 12:00PM I was suppose to be done by 11:50 I have a birthday party to go to. He says, “It’s fine. They will have a birthday every year. It’s not that big of a deal. I am almost done” I was shocked. I said it matters to me. He then puts on the polish SLOW AS MOLASSES and finally at 12:10PM I called it quits and got up. 1 hr 10 minutes later, 40 mins waiting to be seen, 30 mins JUST FOR A POLISH CHANGE! I go to pay and he tells me it’s $11 for a polish change and they did not accept cards. I ended up giving him a $9 tip for a POLISH CHANGE because I didn’t have cash on me and their minimum for cards is $20. I will never return here again! When I walked out, guess who was still there? The two customers they were working on when I got there. One customer getting a pedicure and the other getting her nails filled in. I had already been there for over an hour and the pedicure customer’s toes still weren’t painted and the fill-in only had ONE HAND DONE. My recommendation if you are in a time crunch, try out Regal Nails at WalMart on Ramsey. They can get pretty busy but if you tell them up front your time limits, they work really quickly and have great prices. In 1 hour I got a pedicure and my nails filled in and polish change for $80! If you want quality work, clean environment, and have some time on your hands then go to Pamper Nails & Spa next to PetSmart on Ramsey!!

I visited this shop on 4/26/18. I was very hesitant because of the bad reviews. Let me tell you. That this was the best my nails have ever been done. The staff were so friendly. I will be making this my regular nail care spot!
