They were awesome a couple years ago. I was a frequent visitor. Some of the stylists just don't know what they are doing. I've been there multiple times for a particular hairstyle I usually get with no problem. The last few times, they had to huddle up and discuss who would perform to it. I tried to resolve the issue myself with setting appointments with a particular stylists. Only for that stylist to not be available at all that day and no one called to inform me so I could plan accordingly. Will not be going back.

Love this place! I work in a professional Law Office and the team at this salon are great. They truly "get it" and understand what it means to provide good customer service. Monica, the receptionist was awesome. When I explained to the shampoo girl, Courtney that I was transitioning out of twists and wanted to wear my own hair for now, she was very gentle. The salon manager Shaniqua who styled my hair is the BEST. I visited the salon almost a week ago and my hair is still feeling like silk :) thank you Salon de Weave. I did notice a few of their clients getting sew-ins and they looked gorgeous. I'm definitely going to get a sew-in as we approach the warmer weather. See you ladies real soon!

Nobody in there can do hair !! Nice Great service and professional but They can't do lashes , air brows or hair. I been disappointed twice won't be going back to this location. The one on Dequnidre and 8 mile is way better

They are “RIP OFF ARTISTS” they insist on charging to wash your hair even after you wash it and CHARGE $15.00. This has happened to everyone I referred even if their hair is clean. I look at this as very DISHONEST! If they start serving you with a lie, I can’t trust them to do my HAIR ANYMORE! ! Please do not get caught in their skeem of getting more money out of you!! CAN’T BE TRUSTED !!!!!

Staff was extremely professional. I appreciate good customer service, but they provided exceptional service from the initial phone call prior to my visit until I ended my salon visit. My hair looks and feels great. I will definitely go back and would recommend this salon to everyone in the Detroit area.
