So I assumed from the reviews that I’d be going to a great place with friendly staff and top quality service. I called this morning to confirm the price of a pedicure and if I needed an appointment and was told any time before 4pm would be fine. I arrived at 1:15 and was told
I’d have to wait an hour. So at 2:40 I was finally taken to a pedicure seat. Now this wouldn’t anger me if their wasn’t a nail tech who was doing bills or filling out some kind of paperwork not tending to a single client. So she had me waiting while she handled her things. Then I get a tech and she’s doing my pedicure and all seemed well until I get home and I notice I still Have dry skin all over my feet my heels are still covered in dry cracked skin and it’s as if I paid for nothing. I’m quite angry I waited an hour and my feet still have dry cracked skin. $30 later and I’m very unhappy.

Diane has been doing my nails for about 10 years. She's the best nail tech in Vegas. My nails don't lift and they last about 3 wks.

Fabulous. This was my first visit. I selected Crystal based on reviews. I can honestly say the reviews are accurate and truthful. Crystal does excellent work and is a very pleasurable person.
4 months later... still love the place.
Make... an... appointment. In and out.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I'm not satisfied with the quality of the work. I tried it twice (with the same nail tech). She was nice, but not very good, I think. I posted some close-ups, I guess you can decide for yourself. You're looking at colored acrylic full set. This is not days later, this was just done...won't be going back

My fav place to do my nails!! The girls are friendly, creative, very responsive to our needs, and decent price for their talent!! Love it and LOVE LOVE my nails!!
