I've been here several times. They do a great job on my nails. I've had my eyebrows waxed here as well which I had no complaints about. Staff is friendly.

Terrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would. never been treated so terrible and had to go to A1 nails to get my nails fixed. So sad🙁 However, A1 Nails in Troy fixed my nails and did them better than Pretty nails ever has! Just sad. This place use to be so good.

When they do designs its a lil sloppy and some time they tuck the extra acrylic under the nail and its painful when it dries.
