HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR 10 YEARS NOW , IT IS THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN, TO GET A MANI/ PEDI THE PEOPLE ARE NICE IT IS COMFORTABLE THERE, BUT AS A MAN I ONLY GO THERE TO PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF MY FEET AN HANDS, BECAUSE I DONT DO IT AT HOME, J AN J DOES NOT DO CRAZY DESIGNS IF THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, BUT I DO HAVE A DADDY DAUGHTER DAY WITH MY BABY SHE LOVES GOING THERE

The ONLY reason for two stars is because my tech was great. This place says it opens 9:30 AM. Nope! Not until 10:10 AM. Then it was FREZZING because it's 35 degrees out, and not only did they have the heat off, but they propped the doors open! My feet are literally in pain - but only because they are FROZEN! Also, the customer who arrived 15 minutes after I did had extra resources allocated to her to do her mani - while I got to wait. I don't even understand how this place operates! Again, the actual tech who did the work was amazing - the rest is THUMBS DOWN!

My gel manicure turned brown (it was a light pink) within 3 days of getting it done. I came back in and asked them to remove it for me and showed them the color. I asked to not be charged for a mistake that was obviously made when putting the color on, she laughed and said “perhaps you were working or something, I haven’t seen it do that”. I asked her if she thought it was good business to charge money for a job that wasn’t done properly and if she thought turning away customers was funny. There was another customer who came right in as I was leaving and complaining of the same thing “her gels turning brown.

You can't beat $25 for a man-pedi in Midtown (Mon-Wed). The lady in charge is very nice and most of the other ladies working are too. That being said there is a couple (of ladies) that are so rude and make you feel like they are doing you a favor by giving you a mediocre mani. In the other hand it's so convenient and the wait is not that bad.

Hmmm, let see .. Used a color bomb nail polish .. cost $6 at a beauty supply .. Paid $20 for a color change done on toes and feet. Then .. my manicurist had the nerve to tell me Pedi and Mani’s are $25 on a “special day”. Why not mention this beforehand if you see me being robbed of my money?! I tipped her; of course but, I didn’t feel comfortable giving her what she deserved since her boss is, hint hint -hungry for money .. she laughs everything off .. and looks back at you with lost eyes when you ask her why .. Lady is obviously backed up on rent !!
Sorry, I don’t write reviews but this one was long over due ! Bring your prices down ! The Turkish spot 3 businesses down from you sells falafels for $4.
