Staff couldn’t be bothered to look at faxes. I need an emergency refill on a non controlled substance and my pharmacy sent it over at 9 am and now it’s 4 and called the pharmacy and received no response. The nurses in the ER are cackling mocking the different patients while on their phones talking about inappropriate things/language. This is not how a hospital should be run. One even said “dump soda on the floor and let one of those creatures from maitenence clean it up” so sad. People need help. So help them.

Dumpy ER. Went there because we felt the issue was urgent enough not to want to drive all the way to Reading or Allentown. Never would go here as a first choice. Dirty. Bugs on waiting room floor and one crawled out from under bed in exam room. Furniture all ripped and dirty. Funky smell in air. Air conditioner not working. Hot. Only giving two instead of one star because the doctor and nurses were reasonably nice but that's about the only good part.

terrible hospital, have been sitting here for two hours waiting for a cat scan to be read which should only take 15 minutes, you would have a better chance diagnosing yourself then coming to this place. The doctors and nurses seem to just be stuck behind there desk, I’m not a doctor but I don’t think that is what the job entails, the only reason you should come here is if you are brought here in an ambulance

The staff are very friendly.They do have a sense of humor.Made me very comfortable.I would definitely refer many people here.Especially the staff that works in maternity department.I loved it every day that I stayed

Dont go here unless you need immediate medical care. If you can make it go to Geisinger in Danville 50 miles away. You will thank me.
