They were terrible. I was rushed to pick a nail color. I told my manicurist what shape I wanted and she went and tried to get creative doing her own foolishness when I tried to tell her multiple times that’s not what I was talking about. When I’d try to tell her something she’d be like “I know I know” but continued with her nonsense. She didn’t even bother to ask me if I liked it before continuing to cut and shape all my nails. And they don’t accept tips from your card (not that they deserved it anyway). Overall disappointed.

Kim does the best eyebrows! She’s been doing my eyebrows for years I come all the way to Roslindale for her to do my brows!

They do a wonderful and excellent job at Lovely Nails and it is very affordable

The wait is unbelievable. My acrylic nails were not even, I told the lady to fix it and she tried but failed. There are some gasps and bumps that are pretty much noticeable. They look like someone with no experience did them.
