Great atmosphere but not too friendly nail techs. She didn’t even ask what shape I wanted, if i wanted them cut down or anything. She just barely said two words to me the whole time. She was rough with my nails, and only spoke to her coworker in their native tongue: I asked for a shade down and she cut my nails way too short, one even broke while I was washing my hands. My nails were all different shapes and lengths. When I mentioned it she said they wouldn’t all turn out the same. Ummmm.... symmetry is part of the process. Not satisfied with this visit. The man I had last time I was here was attentive, he took his time with my nails , and he was friendly. He made sure I left satisfied. When I came in he offered me a bottle of water, he made sure I was comfortable and asked me what I wanted, and delivered exactly what I requested. When people come to any place of business, they are paying for a service not to be rushed and ignored. I don’t know if I’ll be back here. If I do come back I won’t use the same nail tech.

They did a great job. Extremely thorough and delicate. I will definitely return.

Will never be going back. Got shellac on my nails on August 28, literally 2 days later it was peeling like it was actual nail polish. The girl who did my nails was already doing them sloppy, knew I shouldn’t have paid for them. Will never get my business again.

Looking to find a new salon. Better than my last, LT's, but still not great. Multiple nails broke after a few days. My actual nails are still recovering from getting the acrylic removed (multiple dents and cuts in my nails). Also I do not appreciate that every time I pay and leave out of the store someone comes out to ask if I paid as if they did not just see me pay. I've yet to see them do this to white customers.

My daughter took me here. It was wonderful and the prices were affordable enough for my college student to pickup the bill.
