I have now gone twice. 1 time for single color dip 1 time for white tip dip both with my natural nails. Both times I have been incredibly happy with the outcome! My tech both times was Q. He was friendly and professional. Really cared if I was happy with my nails. This will be the only place I go now!

Not great, and overpriced for the experience and quality. There were several missed steps with my nails and pedicure. I won’t go back. Staff did seem super friendly though.
Edit: Received a call from the owner in less than 24 hours wanting to make the experience right and better. I can tell customer service is important to him. Much appreciated!

I had a nail guy that I went to for YEARS, I didn't have to tell him the shape of my nails, he took care of my cuticles. However, he got so popular I could not get in with him more times than not. I started to look for another option and found Q.
He's fast and efficient, he also runs the place well and knows how to incorporate other staff so you can get in and out quickly. I almost don't even want to review them and keep them a well kept secret.

Q and Mimi are the people to go to!! I have always had amazing customer service and my nails look GREAT every time! I personally get the dip powder, which fortunately doesn’t smell of strong chemicals usually associated with nail enhancements. For that matter their shop never smells strongly of chemicals either, so that’s a huge bonus. So far, every set I’ve gotten from them has lasted without lifting and quite surprisingly my nails are never left completely damaged and horrendously thin when it’s time for a re-dip, as I like to call it.
All and all, I’ve never been disappointed and I will continue to get my nails done at Q Nails and Spa.

I only come here to get dip nails now. Mimi is the best. I have very brittle nails and she takes that into consideration when doing my nails. You can tell that she genuinely cares about the work she produces because of how she takes her time and her attention to detail. Thanks Mimi!
