This nail salon is the best customer service in town or anywhere! Everyone there is great and friendly! Rachel does an amazing job on my nails and is a very good artist with any designs you could want!

Love ! I go to rachel and she is the absolute best ! I get a gel polish and pedicure every two weeks and im in and out in an hour! Just what i like!

The technician rushed me 5 times in one minute about picking a color for me and my grandmother. That's when I should have turned around and left. Then she was rough with me while filing my nails. Then she underpainted some nails and over painted (onto skin) the others...when I showed her she was trying to fix it and cut a piece of my skin off - I was bleeding for 10 minutes...then she started yelling and arguing with my grandmother saying that she was doing it right the first time. Never again. I should have seen the reviews and walked away. But I misunderstood that this was the same salon because of google location accuracy. I get my nails done all the time and I have never come across anything like this before.

My suggestion is take the time to find another Nail Salon.
Went in for a mani gel and pedi, 28 min later, I'm finished. And this was a Monday afternoon. I've never felt more rushed hurried out the door. Just as the technician began the pedi, two people walked in and that was it, rushed. She also did my manicure while my feet were in the water.
My cuticles are not to my satisfaction and the polish on my toes look like I did them myself.
$45 for 1/2 hour service. HORRIBLE customer service.
