I wish, I would have read the reviews before making an appointment with Jenn. I agree with Erica Llewellyn and the Boss Lady. During shampooing the back of my shirt was soaked.The $40.00 deposit was not applied towards the total service received. Very unprofessional and it showed in her tone of voice and her reactions. I feel cash was needed being that school was starting the following week.
