I am really disappointed in the service I received. The entire process was rushed because they had a party to go to. I even called ahead to see if the had time and was told yes. I had nails put on and they look horrible to the point I will be taking them off they are so embarrassing. Two different nail techs cut my fingers deep with no apology. I have gone to Annie’s Nails several times but this was it for me. I paid $90.00 for a crappy job.

I regularly get acrylics and my normal person couldn’t do them in time before my business trip so I went to Annie’s. They were rough on my nails and did a sloppy job. Two days later, the day I left for my trip, 3 nails were already breaking/chipping, the nail polish was wearing off and there was residue from the last color I had around the edges of my nails. It looked like I hadn’t had my nails done in 3 weeks. When I came back after my trip, they argued about fixing anything and blamed it on me. I’m not ever the kind of person to make a fuss but I was very disappointed at how they handled the situation. I won’t be coming back.

I love Anna! She does a picture perfect coffin nail. It's really hard to find someone who can do it, and she does an incredible job!
The salon is pretty, busy sometimes and quiet others. It's very clean and modern and everyone is really nice, other patrons are too. I meet the best people here.
Love it so much, I drive up from Portland!

The quality of acrylics is cheap. Nails broke off within 2 days. Felt like the lady was rushing and did a sloppy job. Left diasspointed.

Annie's is always great! The staff knows it's stuff and offers a wide array of products and procedures. Best nail salon in the Vancouver/Portland area!
