Very disappointed in this place. Last week I went to get chrome nails done. My usual place was closed so I tried Traci’s. I left and my nails were already chipping. Normally chromes last me 3 weeks - my nails grow out before the chrome ever chips. I went back the next day, and was touched up. But really, they should have just redone the whole thing. Within a day after the touch up, I was chipping massively. I came in today to have them taken off because they were really ugly. Chipping, peeling, gross. And they charged me $5 for take off and even cut my cuticle till I bled on my thumb. I won’t come here again.

The place is not the same within the last 6-8 months. With the new ownership, they cannot do nails well there, only the older lady Ann. The waxing services aren't good, its not like it was during the past 10 years. They don't get the nail business

I have been going there for the last 6 years and I have NEVER been disappointed with my ands or feet. Anyone who can smooth out these feet is amazing. Not to mention Tina and Julie do great waxing. Ann and Anna are wonderful with Pedicures. I love this place.
