Awful service. I had a gel manicure and 2 days later it chipped on one finger. I went back the following day. There were 2 people working and i kindly told the owner i needed one nail fixed and she said no problem. She was finishing applying foil on the girl she was with to remove her gel mani so i expected her to try to work me in between the 2 clients she was with. I noticed she had no urgency in taking care of me so i got up and asked if my nail was going to get fixed because i couldnt wait until she did a whole acrylic set and gel removal and gel mani on the clients. She told me i needed to wait because she couldnt fix my one nail that had chipped because they have the worst polish. This is the 2nd time my gel mani got messed up in 2-3 after application. The 1st time i let it go. But i am done with this place. Needless to say they know me for about 7 years. THEY WATER DOWN ALL THEIR NAIL POLISH. Lots of times i had to ask that the sides be polished. No hand massage. Nothing done to cuticles. Pedicures 10min tops. I ended up leaving after 30 min and will not go back.

I would not recommend this place. The people here are so slow it makes no sense. The other thing that bothers me is that they pick and choose who nails they want to do first. Their intentions are so ugly. I rather go to a place where people make you feel happy instead of treating you like crap. Every body have a nice day and God Bless !

This is the best small local nail salon around. They are very clean and friendly. The shop is immaculate. For a small shop they work very hard to share responsibility and keep customers service in progress. If you have to answer a question more than once that is not the end of the world. Get over yourself and just relax! This world is a crowded place and everywhere you go waiting is inevitable.
I have been going here for years and they always take care of me. They do beautiful work and the art is out of this world.
These are humble people - they will not make you feel bad about yourself or charge you too much. They are able to keep prices down by keeping a modest shop. I have been to many places here and I am certain the prices here are the most reasonable! If you can't afford their prices you just have no business complaining. Go buy some plastic fake craps and glue them on yourself.
This isn't the Ritz... lol.... it's a local small nail salon. Try them out - wait your turn, and you won't be disappointed. They even give a free hand massage with your gel service :)

I hate the fact that Google gives you the option of rating at least one star because this ratchet place deserves ZERO to NEGATIVE stars.
My experience at this nail place was extremely unpleasant. Guys, please please take my word for it.
I came in on a Thursday night more than an hour before the store closed. I specifically wanted a pedi and a mani. The lady who was painting my toe nails was doing such a reckless and careless job(I.e. She painted on the center and completely missed the sides of the nail). I politely asked her a few times if she can fix the missed spots, to which, she responded that it was Okay. After coming home, I had to actually repaint my toes nails because IT WAS THAT BAD. I mean, even my 6 yr niece could have done a better job.
Then I proceeded to get my mani done. She tossed my belongings on the table like it was garbage. When she was filing my nails, I politely asked her if she could file down more so the nails can look even. This is a normal customer request, don't you think? However, she responded "I have no time for this. I gotta go home and make dinner." Appalled at her response, I mentioned what I had wanted originally. She then said, "I don't have time for this... You should not come back to this salon." I politely asked her is this how you normally treat your customers? She said, "there are nice customers and there are rude customers. You are a rude customer. " I shockingly asked her "what have I done to you to make you so angry?" She blatantly and brazenly said, "I am hungry for money but I don't need YOUR money. So don't come back here again." I responded, no worries, I won't come back here. I then had to pay for my messed up toe nails and unpainted finger nails of which she charged me $5 for filing????!!! Incredible...
This place is unworthy of being an opened business. Worst customer service of my life. PLEASE DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE MESSED UP NAILS AND AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE LIKE I HAVE. or if you are okay with paying $30 for a 6 yr old job, that's fine by you. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Worst mani/pedi ever! I mean terrible. No cuticle removal, the actual polish application was awful. If you look at the side of the nails you can see bare nail on each of my nails. Also, part of my actual fingers and toes have polish, I mean like the flesh part of my toes and fingers. Sloppy messy application, they didn't bother to fix it. When I asked nicely, could you please touch up the sides so my whole nail is painted they "tried" and painted the nail and the finger and then just left it like that. Never again. The only reason why I went to this nail salon was because of the great reviews. They lied.
