I go back again and again for the hospitality and great products-I don’t exchange my products but. New product didn’t agree with me . I had no trouble at all -she was gracious as always. It’s always an experience . Always something new to try -but if I don’t have time she’s not aggressive-I appreciate that

Love this little shop! I buy 3 of everything-she always keeps my products in stock. Thursday I bought just 1 of the fall eye trio that I tried on and really like I’m not big eye makeup but I have enjoyed wearing it
I got several compliments at work

Love this makeup artist-She came to a photo shoot on my farm the outside pictures were outstanding
I have made special trips to visit in her environment-(I’m an hour away) and I buy products every time -love the anti aging night cream. She has not steered me wrong-she’s geniuine. Never pushy
She certainly went above & beyond with the photo shoot!

I really like Merle Norman products-I know Robin through Ky Center & I loved the makeup she did on me & all her tips!! Loved my eyes!
She’s a hard worker & very talented. She is so good about giving the staff samples -I am hooked on the products & buying them !

Great Customer service is a rarity these days
Not here-she really listens and wants to please you-cute smaller store but has great care (takes time with customer)
Rather go here than an impersonal larger store
So glad I found this Merle Norman !
I rate stores & customer service as part of my job
