What a nice and wonderful nail salon! It offers a bright and airy environment in a very convenient location. Many nail salons are little more than boxes, but this is such an inviting, warm and lovely environment. It makes you relax and unwind while having your manicure or procedure. The employees are very nice, courteous and professionals-- they know their way around a cuticle! The owner is lovely and nice! She goes around to make all of her customers feel like VIPs, and always asks how I am, she really goes that extra mile to make you feel welcome and like part of a family.
Could not recommend highly enough-- !

This spa was great! I walked in wanting a manicure and was taken care of right away. The owner took care of me. She cut my cuticles perfectly and did a wonderful job polishing. I'm picky about how the polish is applied. Another lady offered me a shoulder massage. It was amazing. She really loosened me up in just 10 min.

I came here after searching for a nail place that was within 5 minutes of where I was. Located in a great spot, this place has a good vibe from the minute you walk in. They have relaxing spa music playing and it is nice and quiet.
I was immediately approached and given a seat where my nails would be painted. The soak-offs were quick since they wrapped each nail in foil, as well as a plastic glove on both hands. So my old gel polish came off nice and easy.
The manicurist was so patient and tedious with making sure all of my nails were evenly shaped and cut. They looked incredible by the time she was done with prepping them! She tested both of the colors I was deciding between, and I chose the darker one since it was more different from the previous color I had. Price was reasonable - the atmosphere and friendly, patient service made the experience fantastic. Definitely would recommend, just make sure you have time on your hands since they go slow and steady here (good bc they take good care of your nails!).

I have been searching for the best nail salon since moving to Scottsdale in December, and have repeatedly been let down. Serene Nails is THE BEST nail salon I have ever been to. The technicians were all extremely kind and skilled. The entire salon is covid compliant and I felt very safe and clean while getting my nails done. The nails are perfectly shaped, and the powder/color is amazing. This is my new go to nail salon!!

My mother and I love this nail salon! My mother was very lost when our longtime nail salon closed abruptly and was so happy to find Nails 2000. She says they embody the sign in their shop--"enter a stranger, leave a friend." It's a treat when I'm in town and get to have my nails done with my mom at Serene Nails but when I can't be there I know she's in good hands!
