Very pleased with this clinic! The manager Diane as well as her staff are super friendly, professional and are very willing to assist their patients when needed. Superb customer service from everyone the moment you walk in the door. Nothing I have EVER experienced in the numerous doctors offices I have had to visit. I would absolutely recommend getting your certification here.

After 3 months of waiting for his card (has pancreatic cancer) my husband was turned down for his card because these people send the wrong size photo. This was after we sent a second check directly because the Health Department of Florida could not find the one sent by this office.
