been waiting for over an hour after the lady said 10 minutes and still haven’t gotten my pedicure. AND I had an appointment. They just started on my sister’s (after an hour) and accidentally overflowed the tub and water spilled all over her shoes and purse. Management here was way better a few years ago when it was owned by different people. This place will not be getting my business anymore.

Salon is a bit outdated but prices are reasonable. The wait times can be excessively long, they are in desperate need of additional staff - there are usually only 1-2 peopleworking.

Pedicure was reasonably good. But manicure was not satisfactory. People should focus more on customer satisfaction. When we are paying for their services and generously tipping them, they should be patient enough in doing the needful to give 100% satisfaction to the customer.

amazing prices, very gentle with acrylic nails. I little dated, does not feel like a spa but the quality they do and there prices can't be beat. Ive been to every other nail salon in the area.
