I am a client of T Carlton for their spray tan. It is not something I do often but if I do for a special occasion, I come here. The reason is from time to time they have spray tan package specials which are fairly priced. The other reason, my experience is always pleasant with Rachel(a spray tan specialist) Today I decided to try a different promotion, $25 for your first single hair process. Why not right? I figured this was the owners way of giving an incentive for people to consider a new salon for their hair services. Think again. May be a good theory but no brains behind it. I told the hair colorist please stay with this color.(pointing to my head) This is close to my natural color ( a deep rich brown) I just wanted a few grays covered so I decided on the single process. The colorist comes out with a hair chart!! I knew I was in trouble then! Any good colorist can look at a color and know exactly how to mix together the proper color. I was nervous but decided to have faith. Well not only did she get stain all over my head (I said if you dont remove the stain from my face that is dripping all over by the time I am done you wont be able to get it off) but my end result was Black. yes I have black hair right now. How perfect for my upcoming honeymoon. I do not have time to get this fixed before hand. She did not check my color, she did not ask if I was happy. She sent me to get shampooed and that was pretty much the end of her. I called later today to express my frustration and was told I would be sent a gift certificate for when I get home from my trip to correct this. Honestly-Instead of the owner having 3 of her associates dote on her hair. Maybe she should walk around, introduce herself to clients she does not recognize...or better yet-instead of baiting people to come in with these great specials, put the actual effort forth that it takes to have your clients leave pleased. otherwise your great idea-just went to waste. Shame on this place-the owners- and anyone that actually thinks this is anything north of a quality salon

We didn't get further than the desk. Two of us entered and were met by a snappy girl at the desk, who impatiently asked us - in so many words - what we wanted. We felt incredibly unwelcomed and weren't even offered alternative dates to return for services that were unavailable today. It was a, "No, nothing's open today," snap that made us immediately turn around and leave, completely writing off the entire establishment. Funny because we would have enjoyed several of their services. However, following the ignorant treatment at the front desk, we were more pleased to walk out the door.

I didn't even get to try any of the services. I have called so many times and been on hold for 15+ minutes. That's terrible customer service to begin with, so now I am turned off from this establishment for good.
