04/18 As you can see by the reviews, the more recent ones are more heavily negative. That reflects my own experience, amazing years ago (I've been going for over 15 years), not so great the past four years. So, five years ago they were due 5 stars, and now, while their spa services remain good to excellent, the hair salon has deteriorated. It's not that the stylists I've tried in that time are terrible; it's that they don't validate the high prices. You might get a good cut but a moody stylist. Or you might get a so-so cut and you need a new one in 5 weeks. Their customer service is amazing so they make it right if you ask; but once a year for the past four years? That's exhausting. This was the last time. They lost a loyal customer, and I'm disappointed that they are not reading nor responding to any of the negative reviews here.
UPDATE: 06/21/18: I went to Image Creators in Severna Park again, now twice since I broke up, by myself, with Robert Andrews. For about the half price, I get the same quality in styling, better color service, no brown stains on the ceiling, softer music, and the same lack of providing the little things that make a spa visit luxurious. I'm okay with that lack at half price. How about you?

Never a great experience. I go to the main salon and my daughter goes to Vibe. Based on prices, one would think you could get a decent haircut and have a pleasant experience, but it’s never the case. At Vibe I always feel like we’re bothering them - even though we have an appointment and we’re overpaying for a bad kids cut. We pay more to see Harley at Vibe but each time the cut is uneven with longer pieces. Ask to get it fixed and more attitude. The main salon is better and I have my gal, but she’s never 100% either. Just bad service overall. Phone reps have been happier and more pleasant to work with, so that’s good, but I think our days here are done. I’ll take a chance at another salon.

Had a recomendation from a “stranger on the street” for an “amazing” cut by Brian. Called and got an appointment for the next week. She calls back and says I need an hour appt. and it is 3 weeks away because I am a new customer. Long story short and 4 manager calls later... they couldn’t give me a half hour appt. even though he was open and so was I. I finally gave up and went somewhere else. I couldn’t wait because we were going on vacation. Brian lost a great paying customer... so did the salon.
I get the thought but the inflexible policy lost them a good customer.

Very posh spa! On the pricey side, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Loved it!!
