I went in for mani and pedi. They sat me in a chair, noticed right away that the tub was dirty. I let the lady know and she said it didn’t matter because she was going to put a plastic bag over it. I told her I wasn’t comfortable with that but instead needed a clean tub. She then placed a bag over a “cleaner” pedi tub. As she’s starting the cuticle process I realize that her tools aren’t sanitized. I asked if those were clean, she then sprays alcohol over them. I asked her if any of her stuff was sanitized since it all seemed to have the last person’s dead skin on it. She walked off upset saying someone else will help me. HORRENDOUS.

He was really nice, easy going, and didn’t rush me when I was indecisive about my color! Even helped me pick out and decide a color and design!💜 get tons of compliments on my nails

They told me to sitdown that it was my turn for my pedicure and left me there waiting for oldmost a half hour.🤬 and no one came to help so my daughters told me not to say anything cause i was really mad so i just walk away and left the salon.

I wonder why they only have 3.0 stars this nail salon is super good it’s busy but the wait it worth it friendly good customer service
