Had such a good experience here with my deluxe manicure ($35). Staff was friendly and engaging. Individual packages of sterilized tools were brought out for each of us and all the products they used smelled and felt so good. Highly recommend. Also loooove the room they do the pedicures in, it's gorgeous.

I was in Columbus for a week and needed a man/pedi. The service was great, I loved my manicure and the conversation between the staff was awesome. It was a nice facility with a range of offered services and they were speedy. If I'm in town again I will definitely make an appointment to stop in.

I visited Posh! yesterday morning and i was VERY pleased with my experience. I have tried many nail salons all over Columbus. But this particular location made me feel so at home and i left with nails I am so impressed with. My technician treated me like a friend and really took the time to do a great job on my nails. I will definitely be back for a balance when it's time. I can't say enough good things about this salon.

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! was cut 3 times on 3 different fingers. Nails look janky like they were done by someone who doesn’t know how to do nails. Stuck up environment. Unfriendly and unhelpful workers. I was told they can’t do acrylics because the ONE worker that knew how to do them wasn’t there? Why do they not ALL know how to do them is my question. $55 wasted on something I’m unhappy with. Didn’t even get a discount for my fingers being sliced up. Nail tech was very unprofessional, complaining about doing nails and her life. I will be seeking my money back. What a nightmare.

The staff here is amazing. I have never had a bad experience with any of them. They all take time to get to know you and make you feel a part of their beauty brigade! I WILL be back!
