The woman who serviced me today was completely rude and I will not be returning. I received a gift certificate to the Nail Salon as a Christmas gift from one of my students and greatly appreciated it seeing as I do get my nails done at a salon closer to my house but appreciated the fact that the family got me the gift certificate. I asked for a simply acrylic refill and instead received a lecture about nail maintenance because apparently going every 2 weeks to get my nails done is not often enough and has led to the acrylic lifting from my nails and cause her to work by having to remove the acrylic. She proceeded to remove all of the acrylic from each of my 10 nails then tried overcharging me to get a full new set and would not listen to me when I said I just wanted new acrylic. I ended up just getting a simply gel manicure during which she sat miserably across from me moaning and huffing the entire time. When she was done and I went to pay with the gift certificate from Christmas she proceeded to point to it and say, “Look” she was pointing to the place where it said Expires in 6 months. I reminded her it was only May and it has only been 5 months to which she looked at me and then mumbled but she was fast to pick up the $5 tip I still graciously left her. I would not bother spending the time or money here ever again they were rude and overpriced and very argumentative with the customers. Please, please take your service and hard earned money to a nail salon where it would be appreciated instead of here!

Do not ask for Helen. She is not gentle, doesn't listen, and is very difficult to talk to. When she did my toes she put something on that made my big toe start to turn yellow and hurt VERY much. I literally can't give this place a zero or I would. Especially for the cost, I expected way better! 👎👎

They work well only if not in the rush. If they have a line be prepared that your service can be interrupted in the middle and they go serve someone else. Rude!

It was a great experience overall. The place was full and then fit me in right away. I got mani pedi done at the same time. Definitely need to make an appointment so they have enough time to do everything but over all so far the best salon I've been to in the area recently

I used to live in NYC and would get manicure often at similar salons. I called to book an appointment a few days before Christmas this past December and I'm glad I did--they were turning people away during my appointment. I was seen on time and my polish change (not a full manicure as I was short on time) was done perfectly. She even filed my nails and did a bit of trim to my cuticles even though it wasn't a full manicure. I'm back on the page now because i was looking up their number to book a mani-pedi for later this week!
