I was at the gas pump around 45 minutes ago, and there was an elderly lady at the pump next to me who needed help. From what I could gather she had gone up to the window a few times for help, and she politely as the person working if he could come show her how to get the gas pump to hold the handle in place as she was not strong enough to get it to latch. He was incredibly rude to her stating “It’s not that hard to pump gas” and he latched the pump and stormed back to the window as she’s repeatedly telling him “Thank You” and he ignores her. I work in retail and understand it can be frustrating sometimes when someone does not comprehend what you seem as simple, but I would never treat our customers that way! Very disappointed!

I remember in the past where people treated a customer with respect and dignity. That was the old Walmart, now welcome to the new age of Walmart. This is the place where employs are rude and as far as the eye can see nothing but self check outs. I will never go back to a Walmart again. There's better stores to shop at like Kroger and target.

It's still Walmart, but this store in Pearl is much better than the Vicksburg store. Although the store appears smaller than Vicksburg, the selection & variety of products is better. The layout is different, so I was going up & each row, seeing what they had while for a few items. 4 employees asked if they could assist me. 2 of the 4 talked with me & offered helpful ideas (the other 2 offered while I was deciding which product to get.) And to just emphasize the difference in stores, I asked a customer she had found a sale item she had in her buggy. We were near the back of the store. She said there were a few toward the front of the store, then this stranger went to the front & brought one to me in back.

I was there to get a money order. The ladies who were working the desk we very polite, friendly and professional. I was pleased with my visit

Janis and Johnny need to retire their retail career! So I go into Walmart this morning at 1230am because I just got off work and desperately needed to find a gift for a Secret Santa party that was given to us the last moment! I found a nice hunting knife over $60 and had a young lady employee named Erin... she gave excellent Customer Service as she followed me back there from the toy department. She paged an told me to get her if no one comes in a few minutes. Few minutes went by and I had her come back.. she paged for managment this time and then told me get her if no one responds in a few minutes. Once again I go back and tell her... she said she would go to the front of the store and look for a manager for me. Here comes Janis and Johnny walking side by side. They start off by telling me no firearms at this time and pointed to a sign.. just as they were about to walk off I a stated I'm not asking for a firearm, I want a pocket knife! With an attitude they proceeded to tell me that its locked up until 8am. I need this for the party tonight! I asked if everything was off limits..scopes, deer cams etc? With an attitude they told me Yes it has an alarm and turned around and walked away.... nothing said after .... maybe we can help you find something similar, have a nice day... nothing! I spent $88 but after writing this and attaching photos of the sign I will be returning this soon!
