This nail salon is wonderful. Clean, modern, peaceful. Great customer service and the nail technicians care and are experienced professionals. The owners and their technicians go out of their way to make each customer feel special. They serve each guest refreshments. Because they are the best they are busy - so do yourself a favor and make an appointment! If you don’t have an appointment you won’t have a long wait but you may have to wait but you’ll be happy if you do. I’ve been a customer for more than 4 years.

Was my first time and last time visiting this salon. Nick did my gel full set manicure and said they were the best in town 😂. I did not care for the style of my nails and they were cut far too short. But I decided to try shorter nails for a change. A week later one of my nails split and broke. I didn’t injure my nail at all or even notice the nail was broken and gone until I actually looked at my nails. This could only be a result of poor quality/cheap supplies. My nails were also rushed and not polished properly because the nail tech was more interested in making another sale from the next customer. Would not recommend and will not be back.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I live in Cartersville but work right down the street from this place and needed my nails done one day so badly that I went here on my lunch. I’m so glad I did I’ve been going ever since and they never disappoint. Customer service is excellent and everyone does an amazing job and is very gentle which was extremely important for me because I have had horrible experiences at every place in Cartersville. This one is definitely my home!

I've been here a few times over the past year, and today was my last visit. 1st time I was pleased with the work, even tho I needed a fill in quicker than the usual. The 2nd time I was unhappy. The guy that worked on me gave me the length he wanted, not what I asked for. The last two visits, I waited too long, got upset and left. This place is for old lady's anyway!!

Please don't waste your time or money here. I'm not sure what happened, but their quality of work has declined dramatically.Their customer service is non-existent. I went there to get my usual: an acrylic fill in for my long, coffin shaped nails. When I went in for my first, base set, he cut them way shorter than I asked, made them super thick/chunky, and shaped them horribly. Their coffin shaped nails are rounded off and look almost oval, with others looking square. I pointed it out to the nail tech and he responded it was too late to change anything. My nails came out medium/short and he still had the nerve to charge extra. When I went back, wanting to give them a second chance for old times sake, I specifically asked that he not cut my nails down and he did it anyway, and STILL charged me for long nails. I also had a nail that was cracked. I asked him to remove it and put on a new one. He blatantly said no and offered all kinds of fix techniques. I told him I didn't mind paying extra to replace the nail completely because that's what I wanted and he still declined and did what he wanted to do. I had two broken nails that I had replaced and had to tell him to fix them because they were complete different lengths than their counterparts. Lastly, all my nails were different shapes. I have had to reshape my nails manually the last 4-5 times I've gone here. Even after I asked them to fix it in the shop. Also they move your stuff without asking, so just beware.
