These guys are great. Good price. And they deal with horrible old ladies. If you come to get your nails done...remember. its a service. Show some respect. Be nice. Common courtesy isnt too difficult to give. They deserve it. :)

My neighbors young daughter went in for her nails to get done. Asian guy did a horrible job, when she asked for her money back he quickly grabbed her and cut all her nails off to the skin. A friend of her mothers went in the store and found that Foxy Nails was using unlicensed people to work there. Thats illegal, in ND they must have a cosmetologist license.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OR LET YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY USE IT.

I would definitely give this place 0 Stars if I could. My sister came in to have her nails done with a couple friends. She wanted simple acrilic nails with gel polish. While her friends' nails turned out nice she was not satisfied with hers so she went back and politely asked for them to redo them. When they were finished she was still unsatisfied so she politely asked for her money back to which the man responded by taking her by the arm and cutting off all of the acrilic nails with a toenail clippers. He then scraped and sanded all of the gel polish off of her nails and left them that way. I will never recommend Foxy Nails to anyone I know. I personally will take my business to Angel next to Sam's Club. They provide excellent service and are super friendly for a reasonable price. One must have to pay a fortune for quality customer service at Foxy, especially since for crappy prices, you can't even expect at the very least human decency and a half decent nail job.

When I came in the first time I asked to get gel acrylics square rounded white with a mat finish. I walked out with spotty and chunky square nails, that were not even cut straight with a shiny finish. That were too large as well. So the next day I came back and asked for them to be redone. They did an even worse job. so I finally asked for my money back and the man sanded them down and chopped off my acrylics now my nails look like they belong to an ogre and if I could I’d give them negative stars

I haven't tired another Nail salon out yet in Grand Forks. I haven't had not one problem when arriving to leaving. Prices are great. Think I'll just continue returning to this shop.
