I had my eyebrows done, and even though the lady did a good job with the shape, I was not satisfied with how fast I was in and out. It was busy in the nail area so she rushed and was rough. Where is the relax experience? I didn't even get a chance to blink. Also, they charge $10 for eyebrow wax versus other salons in area at $8.

I usually go here and LOVE IT!! This time was different. The guy that did my nails was super rough and didn’t give me any time to look at the color selection (which is obviously very hard for girls especially when it comes to prom season). I told him I couldn’t choose he said “Well obviously I can’t choose for you so hurry up”. When filing my nails he cut my pinky, and it bled a lot. In the middle of my appointment he stood up and went out side to smoke... I ended up not liking my nails that I spent $40 on and definitely asking for someone else IF I go back. Very disappointed in my service.

My daughter and niece have been coming to this nail salon for several months and have hyped this place up. They convinced me that the service was very professional and the atmosphere was very elegant. So today I decided to give them a try and boy was I disappointed. I was impressed with the ambiance in the salon, but the service I received from a male technician was beyond horrible. He had a very nasty attitude and was very unprofessional. He made me feel so unwelcome and undeserving. I has been a long time since I have experienced that type of treatment when spending my hard earned money for services. I don't know if he was having a bad day or if I should have picked another day to visit, but one thing I do know is I will not be going back! I went to Venice nails for the first time today and I was VERY satisfied! I walked right in and I did not have to wait. Ken did SO good on my SNS,I was very pleased. The woman doing my pedicure took her time and she painted my toe nails to perfection. The staff were amazing and everyone treated me so well. I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone, they are amazing!

I barely ever take the time to write a review but this just needed to happen. Danny was so rude during my last visit there...simply came up to his chair without saying hello or even acknowledging me... and I just asked if I could see the color I chose one more time before we proceed as I was questioning the way it looked on the nail sample vs the bottle...his response was "you chose this number and this is it"...that was my boiling point and asked for someone else to help me. The customer sitting next to me was absolutely just as shocked with his attitude as I was... Then another lady came and was trying to make excuses for him and for his attitude...after she completed my sns my color had some white discoloration and it looked absolutely terrible...so there they go with another excuse about why this happened and they wouldn't know until the end...that was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon and lack of customer service and compassion is simply disgusting!
