I have been getting a gel manicure consistantly for over 2 years. My mother and I went here on a trip home. This place is absolutely horrible. They rushed us through with our manicures and pedicures. My gel manicure lasted about half a week. When I went back in to ask for them to be repainted, the people who worked there refused and said they would have to charge me for another manicure. Never go here!

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Rude, poor service, nails uneven... I’m embarrassed by my nails but they would not fix them. Very rude to my mother in law for one nail being messed up when it wasn’t even her fault. I would only go if you’re desperate. Find somewhere else!

I’ve been here a couple of times and I have always had an okay experience (something’s usually bother me but I let it slide I’m not one to complain much) I went there today and I had scheduled an appointment for a full set, pedicure and eyebrow waxing. My appointment was at 1:15 and by the time I was done with my full set it was 2:40 they were doing other people’s nails instead of mine and I had scheduled an appointment. I left without a pedicure and no eyebrow wax after being there for so long. It was the worst experience ever and after I notified the technician that I still wanted my eyebrows waxed she went on and did another ladies pedicure. Don’t go there 3 of my nails were crooked.

The guy My friend had did not talk to my friend at all, when he was shaping her acrylic nails he kept cutting into her cuticle and She told him it hurt, but he continued. Was very rude, then She asked him if he could do another coat of polish because the color was still see through but he ignored her and put on the top coat. They also charged me an extra 25$ for a simple one line design and matte top coat. Would not recommend.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. I have been to this salon multiple times and this was by far the worst i have been treated. I had simply asked for a full set which is set at a based price of $25. I was aware of a extra fee charge of $5 for a matte top. However, my nails were not long whatsoever. The lady charged me $40 and said I was "complicated". I was not rude in any way, I just sat there and watched the t.v show that was on. I do not recommend this salon.
