I've gone to this place a couple of times in the past couple of months. Both times, they've attended to me after about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, it has been only to remove the gel color and then make me wait another 45 minutes to have someone work on my nails. I'm sure they use this tactic just to keep me from leaving. On my most recent trip to this facility, I spent 90 minutes sitting and eventually just walked out, with having only the gel color removed. I told the lady that this is the worst service I had ever received at any nail salon and that I would not be back. What made it worse is that while I was having my gel color removed, others were walking in and being attended to, while I sat there. I understand some people make appointments but not all. Very disappointed. Time to look for a new nail salon.

Horrible place! Just finished my nails. My toes are acceptable, but my fingers are horrible. They're gel so they stick and theirs leftover gel that stuck to my skin. The lady had to use a nail file to detach the gel from my skin. There is drops of dried gel all over my fingers and hands. Plus, the place was dirty. My chair still had nail shavings leftover from the previous customers. Plus, the lady told me I had dry heels and said the treatment would be an extra $5. I told her no but she started doing it anyway. I had to tell her again to make her understand. She didn't even puy a base coat on my fingers. She tried to fill in the empty spaces with sparkles. She also cut my finger and made my other fingers peel with her nail file. They look so sloppy and poorly done. Never going back!

The worst place!!! I went to this place for the first time and will NEVER go back. My service was zero. I went in asking if they use gel builder instead of acrylic and said yes. Upon nail application they pulled out acrylic powder and stated they only do gel paint. (Strike 1). I proceeded with the acrylic application and requested almond shape. The shape of my nails are sooooo poorly done My left hand could have done a better job (strike 2). The gel paint was applied on poorly...smh. And 6 days later 2 nails broke. Ugh! My pedicure was the worse ever. That was the fastest and poorest pedicure ever, no scrubbing, no lotion application and paint job was sloppy. And to top it off I was charged $35 for my nails (price listed $24 and up) I have no idea what was extra $11 for and $17 for my pedicure both jobs were worth $20. Don't go there unless you are a regular. They will over charge and do the worse possible job ever.

This was the worst place i have ever gotten my nails done at. My nails looked so sloppy and ugly. They cut the side of my finger and my right thumb came out looking way to thick. The only good part was the actual color. The color of the nail polish was very nice.
