Total WASTE of my money . I would have to say , STAY AWAY FROM KEN! I came in to get a consulation to get a permanent hair color. The stylist Ken said he would charge $200 because I have long natural hair with a $50 down payment ( in case I don't show up) . We agreed that I would not deposit a $50 down payment because what if HE didn't show up. The day of my hair appointment he lifts my hair and the color is more yellow than anything. I'm assured it will get toned down , which it does , but it is not the color I want. He then complains that he'll have to charge extra if I want to tone the color down some more because he has to buy his own toner . ( I do not care , if I'm paying $200 , I do not need to be charged anymore for something so simple .) He ends up toning my hair but skimps on using the toner . I guess he didn't want to waste it all on his paying client. At the end of the procedure , all he does is outs my hair in 4 large twists which was $20 because doing anything else would be an extra charge for a style . So I ended up paying $220 for a bad dye job and 4 large twists in my head that I could've done myself . I left that salon with no blow out , neat twist out or anything!

I had the best time visiting the salon and nail boutique. Everyone is so joyful. I got a pedicure and it was the best feeling in the world. The nail tech did an amazing job on my polish. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The amazing nail professional and esthetician, Cierra, is AWESOME! She knows nails, she doesn't use dangerous chemicals that could affect your health or nails, and she makes sure that she takes great care of your nails when you sit in her chair. She is so welcoming, she has a great personality, very professional, and she has snacks....lol. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the prices are great.Today was my 1st time getting a gel manicure on my natural nails and it won't be my last. She has a customer for life. Highly recommended! 😊

Great customer service they do a wonderful job! My personal favorite is China she does wonderful nails! Love love love IT!
