I’ve gotten my acrylics done here 3 times! The third time their was an issue with one of my nails but I called and they fixed it the very next day for free! Never had an issue with cleanness except one time another clients finger nail clippings were left on the table but the nail tech noticed and cleaned it off before continuing. Definitely best place to get your nails done in kutztown. Can’t wait for my appointment Saturday 💅

I really want to love it but the negatives of my experience just kept adding up. I made an appointment a day in advance to avoid a wait and still ended up waiting over an hour. I really like how my nails came out but I was definitely over charged. A full acrylic set is supposed to be $28, and with an almond shape is an extra $5. This i understand and happily would pay $33. But I was told I had to pay $50 because of the design I got on only one of my nails on each hand. $17 extra dollars for a fairly simple design just seems a bit much. I could understand maybe $5-10 but not almost $20 for a design that's not even on all my nails. Overall I'm pretty bummed I had to wait so long and then still get overcharged. I hope they become more organized with their appointment scheduling and if I do return, I will be sure to specify pricing beforehand to avoid this happening again.

After looking at your reviews i decided to come here thinking it would be a great experience. As you can see my cuticles are horribly scratched up, my nail beds are still hurting a day later. nails are lumpy and uneven. my friend got hers done by the owner and repeatedly got yelled at and after her session she waited in the waiting chair and seen him use the exact same tools on her hands as the next clients without cleaning them. we were rushed and they rushed doing the job. i felt extremely uncomfortable being there and wanted to leave in the middle of it.
