Upon entering the establishment you'll notice the cleanness and organization. The wait wasn't that bad even though there was only 1 nail tech. She bounced around from person to person and allowed the older lady to finish each client. My problem is that I have never gotten healthy nails or the dip powder and it breaks off the same day. None of my nails are completely covered, esp the thumbs. The color isn't on the tops for real. You can clearly see my nails and both have already started to come off and it hasn't been a week yet. Then I paid $15 more than i would have in Alabama. I've never had these problems before!

The nail spa was beautiful and very clean. All of the staff so pleasant. Got the best Pedicure and fill in ever!! They are stuck with me now😊 Would never want to go anywhere else.

This is my third and final time coming to this nail spot. I asked for the basic pedicure and a gel fill for my nails. My usual nail tech (Kim) was not available and during my pedicure a lady used acetone and foil to remove my polish. This caused my perfect set to melt horribly. They brought over 4 people who spoke rapidly and alarming around me, but not toward me. When I told them I was unhappy about the destruction, the male nail tech attempted to doctor it up by drilling off the warped plastic from underneath, but it was still a hot mess. I was charged $40 ($92 in all)for the ugliest nails I've ever seen. SMH. I'm extremely upset and disappointed with this entire ordeal. Never again will I patronize this shop. Wow. I returned 2 weeks ago and they made it right. I received a new set which is lovely and the service was great! Thanks, Kim 💜

This was my 2nd visit. The time I got my eyebrow waxed with Kim. Well, it was a painful experience due to being burnt by the wax. I have never had this happen. The next day I went back to show her the burn. She says she didn't burn me that my skin is thin. I requested a full refund on everything because I felt compensation was due to me. I will have this burn for weeks...and we all know what a burn looks like during the healing process. She only refunded me for the waxing and didn't take accountability. No apology. I won't be going back.
