Home Depot usually has what we need. People are friendly and helpful. Only thing that makes it rough is when they move product and you can't find things. Easy in and out of the parking lot.

Very poorly staffed. Service desk is gossip area for employees. Self checkouts frequently not working or closed. Usually only 1 staffed checkout near lumbar (Never more than 2 ever) which always results in quite a wait to get out. Store in general is quite disheveled and carries much less than Lee's Summit or Independence. Always been a HD fan, but this store frequently disappoints. Lowe's on 40 hwy is slowly winning over as it is always well stocked and their inventory well organized.

Always good when you have a chance to talk with a product rep; info and advice you can't always get off a label. I left with the product I needed instead of one that wouldn't have worked.

Help in this store? That's laughable. And when you do get it? You get lied to. I was told in store that the carpet they have in the store would take 5-7 days to be installed. Being in a time crunch I went with them and an in-store carpet. They charged me $50 to do the measurements which would come off the total carpet cost. After the measurements I was called to finalize my order and was told it was a custom order and would take so many weeks. I explained to her what I was told in store and she suggested I go in and clear it up with them. I do. And was told it would be 10-14 days to get it to the installer who had 48 hours after that to get with me to schedule a time. Why was I lied to the first time?? Now I'm out $50 because they lied and I couldn't follow through with the order.

I needed a sump pump because mine failed. Staff was helpful. I would recommend this store.
