Called at 3pm to ask how long the wait was for a pedicure for one and a manicure for one and we were told 15mins. We immediately went over and got told to pick out colors and wait, so we did. around 4 we were told we would BOTH be next. Multiple people/groups went in front of us. Finally at 4:30 my friend got called for her nails and texted me asking if I was still getting a pedicure. I said I wasn’t sure as nobody had told me anything. She mentioned to a woman (I’m assuming the owner or manager) that I was STILL waiting for just a pedicure and she said “oh okay” and then proceeded to pull another customer for nails and another for a pedicure, while still failing to acknowledge me or let me know how much longer it would be. Around 10mins later I went to sit with my friend and still wasn’t acknowledged despite the same woman she spoke to before coming behind us to fix another customers nails. Around 30mins into my friends nails we were finally asked by the man doing hers if SHE still wanted a pedicure to which she said “no, not me.” and he replied, “oh you? do you still want one?” and I said “no, not anymore” after this the woman manager/owner still didn’t acknowledge me regarding my pedicure despite not knowing that this man had even asked us about it. Extremely, extremely rude and unprofessional in my opinion. I understand they were busy but don’t lie to customers about wait times. Especially by over an hour, and don’t fail to acknowledge when a customer you JUST told would be next is STILL waiting after over 2 hours. As we were leaving nobody apologized for the lack of service with the pedicure, or asked if I still wanted one at all. Will NEVER be coming back here.

Was really good Experience everyone was really nice and it's really clean. I work in a grocery store so I was worried about how my nails would last and I haven't no problem with the nail polish coming off they are lasting I will come back to get my feet done again. I'm really happy

They are my favorite place!! They do a very good job for a reasonable price. Especially dipped nails

Best experience! Really nice and super clean. Personable fun staff. My new go-to no doubt!
