I really love this nail salon. I only recently started to get manicures and pedicures a few years back at the suggestion of my girlfriend. Since then, I haven’t found a place that compares to the Luxury Nail Spa. They have super sanitary pedicure stations, and the massage chairs are some of the best in the business. I have always had great service and a very relaxing experience. I absolutely will be back whenever I’m out to visit family....

Was in Towson and tried this place out for the first time. I LOVED it! It is classy and clean. Got a great manicure from Henry- would likely recommend him!!

This is a very unprofessional shop that does not value your time at all. Every time I go here I make an appointment. Even with that, I always have to wait 20-30 minutes or more. Why is that the case? What is the point of making an appointment when they are not going to honor it? Xavier always answers the phone and takes the appointments, but either he isn't checking the appointment book or doesn't care or value his customer's time because he just schedules you and then you get there and the person you have an appointment with is not there or doesn't have you down for an appointment.
On my last visit, I arrived, stated who my appointment was with and sat and waited 20 minutes. After that time, I was told to sit at the station only to be told another 5 minutes later that the tech was unavailable and someone else had to take care of me. I was pleasant and complied although I was very annoyed that I wasn't told this when I called an hour earlier to check in about my appointment and make sure I could be seen on time.
The tech who I was given to did an average job and told me she didn't really want to take an appointment right now because she was in the process of doing her own nails for a party.She was pleasant enough but that's awful customer service. As if that wasn't bad enough, the tech I initially had an appointment with came out and took another customer for a manicure and pedicure after I was just told she was unavailable for me. Today, my nails are uneven, pointy on one side and sharp in the corners. After two days they have all chipped and I'm out $17 plus a generous tip. The manager of this salon really needs to respect EVERY customer and realize that good customer service is important and train her employees to give it. Don't schedule appointments so close together if you can't keep them and please don't make people wait to find out the tech the want is unavailable. I have also never been offered a beverage with my service showing that not all customers get the same treatment. I'm very disappointed in this salon!

You have got to check out their new pedicure chairs. They are top of the line and state of the art. The owners are very smart to invest in such high quality. These chairs are the best for maintaining a highly sanitary and safe environment. Luxury Nail and Spa is the first in this area to invest in such a product. Kudos!

AMAZING! Best pedicure. People are very nice. Get Xavier, Natalie or T to do your service. They took care of us. Will definitely be back! Came back again and have been coming since they opened. Xavier, Nancy, Tony, Kim, Amy great! Chilled glass for my wine, hot stones for my pedicure, I just needed someone to carry me out because you don't want to walk on your renewed feet! Schedule your appointment, you can thank me later!
