This salon is Horrible!!! Please avoid! I had the worst experience with them a few weeks ago. I booked an appointment with them a week ahead. When I arrived to my appointment(ten minutes early), I was told to sit and wait a couple of minutes. I waited 30 minutes!!! As i was waiting, there were two employees by the register. One was helping customers the other one, with a boy silver colored hair style, was on her phone the whole time. She saw me waiting and did not bother asking me if I needed help. I finally went up to her and informed her that I had an appointment with Elizabeth. She then made me wait another ten minutes to inform me that I had been booked with Elizabeth on her lunch hour, so I would have to reschedule. I was so mad that I just ended up walking out. However, I know I should have complained to management. An hour later, I get a missed call and voicemail from Elizabeth informing me she would be available to do my hair at 3 (my original appointment was at 1). I live an hour away and it was pouring that day. There was no way I was going to be driving back. Overall, it was just a HORRIBLE experience. Please go elsewhere for your hair services.

Had an appointment last week. Was terrible. The lady that did my hair had her friend come into the salon so that she could do her hair. I wanted blonde but it apparently takes more than one session. I've bleached hair before, and it does not take more than 5 hours to get a blonde. In three hours she only lifted my hair about 2 or 3 levels. She told me I would have to go back for another session AND pay 180 again!! Hate my hair, I would of done a better job.

Had my appointment and right as she is already assisting me, the stylist decides to stop and excuses herself to help her friend with her hair and tells me to wait 20-25 minutes until she's done with her. I had confirmed my appointment a couple of times to ensure they will help me at the time of appointment.

Idiots work at this place, can’t even handle a single appointment. They ask me to come back in an hour and give he appt to someone else. Don’t go here.
