if i could give it 0 stars i absolutely would. to describe this place in one word it would AWFUL. i am 15 and not only were they especially rude but they performed extra service without my approval and then asked for payment for these when i didn’t even ask for it. when i walked in i asked for a fill in but instead he began to rip off my nails using a metro card and filing and cutting them down even when i specifically said not too. after removing my hands he said he would give me a new set in which he just went right away with the acrylic powder even when i stopped and said that a new set means tips added. he said he was adding tips but then proceeded to only put the powdered acrylic on. i wanted to leave bc i felt uncomfortable since he kept looking at me strangely and grabbing my hands forcefully so i did not want to wait for color on my nails so i said no to it, in which he asked for $30 . refusing to pay that much for awful service and only havin $20 since i only went for a fill in he took the money and said nothing else in return. he was extremely rude and aggressive and the women around him laughed. never going again and now that i am home i am realizing how much he manipulated the fact that i was a kid with money and thinks he can get away with that. very sad.

I tried this place because I recently moved and my usual nail place was a trip I didn't want to make and figured I'd give it a try. I will never go back. First of all, the guy that did my nails didn't say one word to me except to ask if I wanted my nails shorter. He cut my finger TWICE with the drill. I don't know if he was rushing or just in experienced, but imagin having 2 cuts on your middle finger, and working as a cashier. No good. I got my nails done on Sunday, and one has lifted already. I don't do my nails every two weeks... my fill in usually last me at LEAST 3 weeks. As I'm sitting there, one of the women that work there is using the big mirror behind the stations to pop the pimples on her face. Just gross, I'm sorry. When my nails were done, the man basically got up and said you pay at the desk and walked into the back of the shop. It was very rude. Don't waste your time or money.. tomorrow I'm going back to my usual place to have them fix it. Lesson learned..... Sorry so long, but wanted to share my experience to save you the trouble...

I would give a half star review if i could. I went there 2 weeks ago for a $60 facial, the women who did my facial said that she couldn’t finish the job in one shot, so I made another appointment for 2 weeks later. As she started my facial she told me that she would have to charge me the $60 again. That’s $120 for one facial!! If you can’t finish the job in one shot, at least tell people that you are going to charge twice. Never going back to this place ever again.

My mom and I came here for a Mani/pedi after she found a gift certificate to here that she received as a gift over a year ago but had misplaced. They were nice enough to still honor it. Service was good and they did a good job with our nails, I might make this my new spot since I haven't been happy with my usual spot in Ronkonkoma for sometime.
