This is literally the worst nail shop I have ever been to. I was referred by a friend, and will not be returning. I arrived at 5pm for our appointment and did not leave until 8! They close at 730, & the owner was visibly getting frustrated that she had to be there past close. I had a dip set on when I arrived, they did not soak my nails at all to remove the dip. The tech used a drill, which literally was burning my fingers. I kept complaining about it and she would say sorry and continue. I jerked my hand back from her multiple times, and each time she would say sorry and continue. Also, I had to repeatedly ask to have my nails buffed down because the dip was bumpy and not smooth, and the shapes of my nails were not consistent. Jenny (the owner) said she would fix it, but complained to her employees the entire time about my request of coffin shape. Jenny also said the roughness to my nail & the cause to it not being smooth was because of my nails and to “not worry about it”. Which is a lie, I've had dip multiple times and have never experienced it being bumpy and rough. I left, and 2 hours later a nail popped off! I went back & got it fixed the next day. During that visit my nail tech cut my finger with a nail file! 2 days later another nail popped off, and my paint started to chip. All Jenny said was to return and she would redo them. I refused to return, as my fingers were burning, nails were breaking, I had a cut from one of her techs, and my color was chipping! Plus I had already been back once since my original appointment, how many times does a customer need to return to receive good service and quality nails?

I have been going to Jenni’s Nails for a while now! I had tried out 7-8 different salons in Lincoln and although a few were ok, none of the salons would shape my nails the way I wanted them! I found Jenni and wow she blew me away with her expertise and professionalism! She does an absolutely fantastic job and caters big time to her customers. I know some of the reviews below are somewhat or very negative! However, if they only went once they have not experienced how good the gals are at this salon as I have! People do have challenging days but I have NEVER experienced poor quality work or rudeness from anyone here! Jenni and her staff are on top of the trending looks and their prices are very reasonable!! They are busy so if you want to book call a few days ahead of time and give this salon a try! Love Jenny's! I am allergic to acrylic liquid and Jenny's has a new gel that works great for me. I've had my nails done there three times now and they're strong and beautiful with no lifting at all. Extremely satisfied.

She's the best. Have been going to Jenny for many years. She does gel, shellac, dipping, and acrylic...and probably other things i dont know about. She has a HUGE selection of colors for you to choose from.

I would highly recommend Jenny's nails. Moved here three years ago and found her and loved her ever since!
