Great experience every time! Super relaxing! No matter how busy, they take their time with your pedicure and never forget the awesome shoulder/neck massage while your nails dry.

I'm new to the area and was looking for nail salons to with my daughter. I wanted a gel full set and mani pedi for her. After reading tons of reviews online on google, yelp and others I decided to contact Paradise. They never answered and never replied to emails. The next day I noticed Kimi had a huge sign in front of the salon that said NEW OWNERSHIP. I decided to look into the prices and they were a tad more than I expected but since we were greeted with a smile and everything looked clean we decided to go back today. Today we called to make an appointment and asked if we could make it today.
To my surprise they had time for us and I am soooo glad we went. Everyone was really nice and never felt pushed to pay for more than I wanted and asked for like at other annoying salons.
I usually tremble while getting a full set and many nail ladies get angry with something I can't control. This was not the case at Kimi; they treated me like a princess with even a great massage at the end.
The nails are all I wanted and they were very kind and sweet. Katie was very caring even when she was doing multiple things at once. Clients never waited more than 5 minutes for services to start and they all had smiles on their faces.
The lotion they use is super soft and smells amazing. My daughter and I loved it along with the warm towel before we left.
I have to say this is by far the best experience I've had at nail salons and I have been going over the past 12 years to many. I will definitely come back and trust them to take care of my daughter as well.

Hope you guys give them a chance as these reviews are really old and they have kept the name but all employees are different.
You will not be disappointed. I'm sorry my pictures aren't the best, they honestly don't do it justice. I loved it, they were quick, delicate, kind and can't stop looking at my nails.

These reviews are all like 5 years old so I feel like it's necessary to write a more accurate review. I don't regularly get my nails done, but I have gone enough to know how awkward some places can be. Everyone here was very friendly and paid close attention to my needs. everyone else seemed very happy with the service they received as well. And they don't skimp on the massages if you're getting a pedicure!

I will never go to this place again and I do not recommended anyone to go there. Very unprofessional. Their price is almost same as others, but quality of the service is very poor. Not sure how they are in business yet!
