Our first visit here was great! The person who did my pedicure was super personable and chatted with the 3 of us (husband and friend). My toes looked perfect and the price point was great.
The second visit wasn't so great. The person flooded my cuticles with gel polish so they look terrible and will likely lift and chip. She also used an obnoxious amount of cuticle oil on my feet and it couldn't absorb so I slipped around until I could get to my car to wipe away the excess with a towel.
Seems like many nail places - it totally depends on the tech.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and love my SNS- I always book with CHRISTINE. I am that annoyingly picky girl who needs her nails perfectly filed and she does the best job. The nails are never too thick and always look clean and perfect. I get compliments on my nails quit often. Great color selection as well!

Very disappointed.. my nails were cut extremely short. Not filed nor painted neatly. The good part was the massage however the important part is the presentation and im very unhappy. She attempted to fix them but to no avail. I could have done better at home. Now I have to wait for my nails to grow some and get them repainted. Then to top it off no wine!!

My wife got me a Manicure-Pedicure for my birthday. I've gone my entire life without getting one before and so this was my first time. I had no idea how things worked or what to expect, but I had an amazing experience.
The place looks very clean and well run from my outsider's perspective. Also, I have no prior experience to compare it to, but I'll be honest that my first impression was very positive. I don't really know what I was expecting, I suppose I had some preconceived notions of what a "Mani-Pedi" involved, but didn't realize that it was definitely not just a typical fingernail/toenail clipping time (or what I call a normal "Saturday")
Now I realize what I have been missing for the past several decades. It's a spa treatment combined with the unpleasant task of grooming your toes and fingers.
I opted for the Deluxe Package (the whole nine yards, as they say). It involved a lot of swirling foot-bath with a complete below-the-knee massage, complete with scented oils, warm river-stones, warm-paraffin wraps, and a comfortable callous removal tool.
The whole time, you're seated in a relaxing massage chair which gives a sort of rolling shiatsu massage while your feet are getting theirs.
The staff are pleasant and easy to talk to. Lisa was my assigned manicurist/specialist, and we had a nice conversation about all sorts of subjects. The time went by fast and I left feeling great.
I can't speak for the nails experience, since I didn't need the artificial nails or the hundreds of polish choices, but it looked like there were a million types of ways to dress up your nails with bright colors and glitter, patterns and little rhinestones to have beautiful nails.
I don't have any comment on the prices because I have nothing to compare, but it wasn't unreasonable. I added a tip because Lisa was such a nice "manicurist"? (I don't know the title, tbh) and it could not have been great fun spending a half-hour on feet. I'm no Neanderthal, but . . . well, you know . . . it's still feet.

I really want to like this establishment but I’m a little disappointed overall about my experience. I’m a new customer and each visit has left me feeling underwhelmed. The three times I’ve gone it’s taken at least 30 minutes or more before a tech starts on my nails. Also, I get the sns powder every time I go and it’s applied too thin each time. Two of my nails broke after a few days and the polish is already cracking. I wanted my nails two toned and the tech couldn’t perform the service and had to get someone else to finish. The facility is nice and clean but the service needs work.
